In partnership with Westfalia, a leader in automated parking technology, Private Property Management implemented a state-of-the-art parking solution tailored to the unique requirements of Conrad Hotel & Office Tower. The system features eight entry and exit transfer cabins, 22 transfer cars equipped with Satellite® technology, and advanced Savanna.NET® software, efficiently managing 1,053 parking spaces across 12 levels within a compact 65m x 40m footprint.
